Ashley "Ash" Talbott is a VA-accredited claims agent, attorney, Army veteran, and founder of Talbott's Veterans Advocacy, LLC. A medically retired U.S. Army veteran, Ash combines personal experience navigating the VA disability system with more than 15 years of experience helping veterans pursue the benefits they have earned. She earned her Juris Doctor from Syracuse University before obtaining VA accreditation in 2008 and has dedicated her career to veterans advocacy ever since. Through Talbott's Veterans Advocacy, Ash represents veterans nationwide, providing individualized claims strategy and advocacy through every stage of the VA disability process. Her practice focuses on developing comprehensive claims strategies, identifying overlooked avenues for service connection, and helping veterans navigate complex appeals with a personalized approach. In addition to her private practice, Ash has served in leadership roles supporting veterans through academic legal clinics, reflecting her ongoing commitment to educating future advocates while expanding access to quality representation for veterans. Ash is passionate about empowering veterans through education, collaboration, and evidence-based advocacy.
